Pet Grooming Salon Policies

1. Appointments:

  • Appointments are recommended to ensure your pet receives prompt attention. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

2. Check-In:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check-in and discuss your pet's grooming requirements with our staff.

3. Vaccinations:

  • For the safety of all pets, proof of current vaccinations (rabies, distemper, etc.) must be provided upon arrival.

4. Health Conditions:

  • If your pet has any health conditions or concerns, please inform us during booking or check-in. We prioritize your pet's well-being.

5. Grooming Services:

  • Our grooming services include [list of services offered]. Prices vary based on breed, size, and condition of the coat.

6. Cancellations:

  • We understand schedules may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.

7. Late Arrivals:

  • We strive to maintain timely appointments. If you are running late, please inform us. We may need to reschedule or adjust services accordingly.

8. Behavior:

  • Aggressive or overly anxious pets may require special handling or sedation. We prioritize the safety of our staff and other pets.

9. Payment:

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and [other payment methods]. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns after grooming, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will address them promptly.

11. Lost Items:

  • Please ensure all collars, leashes, and personal items are labeled with your pet's name. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

12. Salon Etiquette:

  • We maintain a clean and safe environment for all pets. Please follow staff instructions and respect other clients' privacy.

13. Privacy Policy:

  • We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

14. Feedback:

  • Your feedback helps us improve our services. Please let us know about your experience through reviews or directly to our management.

15. Emergency Situations:

  • In case of emergencies, we will contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we will act in the best interest of your pet's health.

Pickup & Drop Off 

Pick-Up Times

We kindly request that pets are picked up promptly after notification of completion to ensure a comfortable transition for your pet and to accommodate our scheduling.

Late Pick-Up

Due to space limitation and crate free waiting area, pets are granted 30 mins stay once services are complete. In the event your pet stays over the 30 mins granted, there will be a recurring fee of $1 per minute until pet is picked up. Unless discussed otherwise with staff.

Extended delays past store hours in pick-up may result in additional charges or arrangements for overnight boarding at the pet owner's expense.

Notification

You will be notified via phone call or text message as soon as your pet is ready for pick-up.

Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate communication.

Authorized Pick-Up

Only individuals listed as authorized on the grooming release form may pick up pets.

Emergency Contact

In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing timely pick-up, please provide an emergency contact who can retrieve your pet on your behalf.

Unclaimed Pets

Pets not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time and without communication may be considered abandoned.

Splash Paws LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action, including contacting local animal control or rehoming the pet, after reasonable attempts to contact the owner.

Fees and Charges

Owners are responsible for all fees incurred, including grooming services, late pick-up fees, and any additional care provided beyond the scheduled pick-up time.

Changes to Pick-Up

If you need to change the pick-up time, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
