Leaving for vacation or a work trip? Splash Paws offers a wonderful alternative for kennel boarding. Your pups get to stay in the comfort of their home with all their favorite smells. A team member will do 3 home visits per day to care for, feed and take your pup outside for a 30 min walk and nature's rejuvenation. $70 per day.

Service Agreement By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for any reason that compromises the safety or well-being of our staff or other pets. Appointment Policy Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. We strive to adhere to appointment times but may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Pet Health All pets must proof of up-to-date vaccine records to receive services. It is your responsibility to disclose any health or behavioral issues your pet may have. We reserve the right to refuse grooming services to any pet exhibiting aggressive behavior or signs of illness. Grooming Process Our grooming processes may vary depending on the service requested and the condition of the pet’s coat. We aim to groom your pet as requested but cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to coat condition, matting, or other factors. Fees and Payments Prices for services are posted and may vary based on pet size, coat condition, and specific requests. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, debit, credit and tap pay. A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled less than 12 hours in advance. Care and Treatment We use high-quality products and take utmost care during grooming. However, grooming procedures may carry inherent risks. You agree that Splash Paws LLC and its staff are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or health issues that may arise before, during, or after grooming. Emergency Situations In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you or your designated emergency contact. If immediate veterinary attention is required and we cannot reach you, we will seek treatment at the nearest veterinary clinic, and you agree to bear all related expenses. Photographs and Promotions We may take photographs of your pet before, during, and after grooming for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Changes to Terms Splash Paws reserves the right to update these terms.
